The Zenmuse XT2 is the next generation of commercial drone solutions and has everything that you need for fast and reliable aerial thermal imaging. It uses pinpoint accuracy alongside DJI’s leading stabilisation and machine intelligence technology over widespread areas to allow you to easily save images for analysis and reporting.
One of the most exciting upgrades to the XT2 is the dual sensor configuration. Made up of the FLIR Tau 2 radiometric thermal sensor and a 4K visual camera, the XT2 can achieve thermal and visual imaging either side by side, overlapping or however the operator wishes for it to be displayed.
The FLIR MSX®’s smart feature means that you can even overlay thermal data onto visual imaging for quick analysis in real-time.
Camera Dual Thermal & Visual
Pixel Pitch 17µm
Clear Imagery360 degrees of seamless rotational movement
Thermal Imager Uncooled VOx Microbolometer
Ingress Protection Level IP44 water resistance
Compatible Platforms DJI Matrice 200 series, DJI Matrice 600 Pro
The XT2 can be mounted onto any M200 Series drone; including the M210 RTK, as well as the Matrice 600 Pro. It is important to note that the XT2 will lack certain intelligent features like Heat Track and Quick Track when flown on a Matrice 600 Pro drone.
- Power Line Inspection
- Solar Panel Inspection
- Search and Rescue
- Precision Agriculture
- Fire Fighting
All of the XT2’s smart features can be applied in situ, enabling the operator to gain real-time insight and understanding of the selected object or environment.
The Temp Alarm feature allows the operator to receive an instant alarm notification when an object’s temperature surpasses the pre-set limits.
With Temp Check, you are able to get real-time temperatures by simply selecting an object or area in view.
With this feature, you are able to focus on one object or area and lock onto it with the XT2 and the aircraft automatically stays focused on it; simplifying jobs in busy and hazardous environments.
With Heat Track, you can capture critical information as the XT2 automatically fixes onto the highest temperature object in the area.
You can select a specific temperature range or band to concentrate the XT2’s focus on.
The operator can modify the colours that are automatically applied to the data sets, so it’s clearer to understand and analyse.
You can adjust how the thermal and visual feeds display, so they are easier to interpret in real-time.
The XT2 will overlay thermal data over the visual imagery, so the data can be quickly interpreted.
